- How much is shipping?
Answer: As of June 1, 2005, free shipping on all orders.
- Are there any extra fees?
No, there are no hidden fees.
- When we place our order, if there is a mistake, can it be changed.
Answer: Yes the only reason we would be unable to apply a change is if you wait until after your order has been shipped to call and inform us there was an error in your information.
- Where are these units manufactured ?
Answer: All our units are manufactured in China.
- Are these units easy to obtain replacement parts for?
Answer: Yes, we either stock the part you need, or we have our manufacturer send the part directly to you. For performance part upgrades and non-warranty parts visit ATV Parts USA.
- How long does it take to receive replacement parts?
Answer: Our in stock parts normally ship to you within 1 week depending on your area. If its out of stock, it generally takes up to 4 weeks. We do extend your warranty the amount of time it takes for you to get your parts.
- What are these units compared to?
Answer: These are replicas of the more expensive Japanese versions.
- Can anyone buy from USA ATVs.com?

- How do I become a dealer?

- What forms of payments do you accept?
Answer: We accept, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cashier Checks, Personal Checks and Money Orders.
- How long from the time I order until I receive my ATV or Dirt Bike?
Answer: Normal freight time from when we receive payment until delivered is generally 14-21 days. With some orders, there might be heavier delays when products are at high demand.
- How do I know when my order has been shipped?
Answer: We will notify you when you order has shipped. Once we have the tracking number we will contact you with the carrier's name, telephone number, online tracking site, and tracking number.
- What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock, or over sold?
Answer: We will apply your order to our next scheduled delivery or you may switch to a product that is in stock.
- How do I make layaway payments?
Answer: Once you have established your layaway account (choose layaway when placing your order), you may return to our site anytime and make additional payments until your purchase is paid in full. To make payments, visit the layaway page and login.
- What assembly is required?
Answer: Straighten out handle bars, install battery, connect battery leads, attach wheels - add gas and go!
- Where will my shipment be delivered?
Answer: We deliver directly to your house or business. There is no additional charge for residential or commercial deliveries.
- I've ordered an ATV to be delivered to my house. Will this delivery be scheduled in advance and will I need to be home at the time of the delivery?
Answer: Our freight company will call you the day before to schedule the delivery with you. Someone will need to be there to sign for the shipment.
