This is a demo store powered by X-Cart. Based on PHP template technology and integrated with an SQL database, it is a fully functional store that allows you to try X-Cart shopping cart software. As a buyer, you can browse products, put products into your cart and check out. As an administrator, you can add categories, products and change the look and feel of the store. If you have any questions please contact us.

This service is for demo purposes only. No real products. No real prices. No real charges. Please do not submit real credit card information.

All sales are final and all items are brand new sealed in manufacturer's packaging. Every item purchased carries a limited warranty (duration is stated on the product listing) that provides for the replacement of defective parts, up to the replacement of the entire unit, at USA ATV's expense and discretion. Please note that ATV's usually ship with wheels, steering column, and battery disconnected. Therefore, it is your responsibility to finish assembly and ensure proper operation of the vehicle. If you do not have prior experience with ATV's, we recommend that you take it to a mechanic for a "prep" before using the product.

By purchasing any items on this website, I, as buyer, acknowledge and agree to be above 18 years or age. I acknowledge and understand that riding an all terrain vehicle is a dangerous activity that requires strenuous exercise and various degrees of skill and experience for individual riders. I, as buyer, agree to release and forever discharge usaatvs.com or its parent company and agents, employees, officers, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses and attorney fees which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected to the use of these vehicles, use of equipment or property supplied by usaatvs.com or its parent company, whether or not such claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses are caused by the negligence of the seller, manufacturer or distributor. I, as buyer, therefore release all liability and waive all rights I may have in regards to my or my child's activities with any items purchased from usaatvs.com.

I understand that USA ATV's does not make age recommendations for its products, and that if I am purchasing a product for use by a minor, I will exercise constant supervision, do my own research, and make my own decisions regarding its suitability for my child.
