Very pleased with the delivery. It came much sooner than we expected. The truck driver just, like your staff, was helpful and friendly. The assembly was easy too. I think my five year old could have put it together himself. The throttle limiter really keeps the atv under control when my son is riding it and there's enough space on the seat for me to ride on it with him while he learns to navigate the woods too. There definately a great deal for half the price of any local atv dealers. We spent a few hours riding all over our yard and are looking foreward to taking it on some trail rides. I've had other name brand ATVs in the past but dollar for dollar the Falcon 250 is more impressive than I could even imagine. After a little setup and tuning I am extremely satisfied with the results. I don't expect I'd get better performance out of any name brand ATV than I am getting out of this unit.
