It's also your responsibility to do some basic research and get the appropriate vehicle. We do sell vehicles that children have no business using and operating, When in doubt, contact your local sheriff or state patrol.

Manufacturer defects and issues should be directed to us, USAATVs.com. Understand we are NOT the manufacturer and are NOT responsible for any harm caused as a result of a defect.

Basic Terms

1. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
2. You may not use the USAATVst.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. You must not modify, adapt or h4xx0r USAATVs.com or modify another web site so as to falsely imply that it is associated with USAATVs.com.
4. You must not create or submit unwanted email to any USAATVs.com members.
5. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature .
6. You must not, in the use of USAATVs.com, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your USAATVs.com account.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the USAATVs.com service for any reason, without notice at any time.

We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via Internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before your order will be shipped.

Cancellations

1. If you wish to cancel your order prior to it leaving our warehouse you will be eligible for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
2. Once your order has left our warehouse, if you cancel your order you will eligible for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and the return shipping costs.
3. If you return a product you are responsible for all shipping costs and you will be eligible for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.

November Special Guarantee

1. Product will be delivered by December 24th, 2007 or actual price of ATV will be refunded.
2. Customer will still be responsible for shipping cost of ATV - only price of ATV is refunded.
3. Refunds will be mailed a company check. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
4. Not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control; freight delays, weather conditions, etc.
5. Customer must accept available color choices or an upgraded model if current choice is out of stock.
