Warranty policy for USA ATVs
Please keep in mind the fact that you are buying FACTORY DIRECT. You are taking on the role of the dealer in performing the necessary assembly and inspection of your ATV. As the 'dealer', you are the first person to see your ATV since it was boxed up at the factory, so any procedure required for defective parts is determined according to the policy below regardless of the age of the ATV.
We every vehicle with a standard FULL 12 MONTH WARRANTY on all engine components. There is also the option to upgrade your standard warranty to a FULL UNIT (Bumper-to-Bumper) WARRANTY on all parts, with a few exceptions. Here they are:
- Tires
- Seat
- Decals
- Shocks
- Batteries
- Brakes
- Body panels
- Anything that is a result of abuse (accident)
We do not cover labor of any kind. Keep in mind, these are hard use items and some basic maintenance is going to be necessary.
We cover parts only, so if you need a part just send us back the defective one and we will send you a brand new replacement.
You must purchase any part not covered under your chosen warranty regardless of age, unless proven to be damaged during freight.
If you have a part that needs to be replaced, contact Team USA and we'll send the part within 7-10 business days. In the rare instance we don't have the part in stock, we'll notify you of the delay and expected time of arrival (it takes parts about 3-5 weeks to come in from China). We do extend your warranty the amount of time it takes for you to get your part (from the time you tell us you need something until it's delivered). Occasionally we will require you to return a damages or broken part. Why? Well, this is the best way to verify that we are sending you the exact part you need.
OK, here comes the legalities that we have to put in...
There are no agreements or warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those stated in this agreement. There, whew! That was quite a mouth full. Our cool stuff lasts a lot longer if you do a couple small things to make sure it lasts... Basic Maintenance!
- Check the tire pressure every time before use
- Check the functionality of the brakes
- Walk around your vehicle to make sure nothing is loose or broken
- Make sure that your fluid levels are correct.
OK, that's enough of the dad lecture. Enjoy your stuff and have fun. If you have any questions, call Team USA. They may or may not be able to help, but they'll be more than willing to try.
